The accidental death of her sister tears Greta (Luna Mwezi) away from her life. As the driver, she blames herself for it. In the youth psychiatric ward, she meets three fellow patients who are also suffering from mental health issues. Fresse (Beren Zint) loses his temper, Michelle (Katharina Hirschberg) self-harms and Alireza (Caspar Kamyar) is depressed. How can the four of them free themselves from their misery?
